ABOUT JIMMY HEADDON CMGR

I spend most of my time helping organisations move faster without creating more noise. As technology and AI become more capable, the real challenge is rarely a lack of ideas. It\'s turning those ideas into something teams actually use, trust, and build on. My work focuses on simplifying complex systems and embedding applied AI into everyday workflows so teams can deliver value quickly and consistently, not as one-off pilots that fade away.I work across product, engineering, data, and operations to translate strategy into execution. I\'m a deeply technical Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (FCMI), staying close enough to the detail to understand where things break down, but my real strength is designing and integrating the systems around the technology — how AI and wider technology-enablement is introduced, evaluated, governed, and adopted at scale.Over the years I\'ve learned that accelerating time-to-value isn\'t about pushing people harder. It\'s about removing friction, shaping better feedback loops, and being deliberate about what deserves attention. That thinking was shaped over a decade at McLaren Formula 1, where clarity, decision quality, and fast learning under pressure directly affected outcomes on track.Today, that shows up as a practical, pragmatic approach to enablement: automation and integration in the tools people already use, clear guardrails, appropriate and empathetic cultural transformation, and continuous learning so quality improves over time rather than drifting.
