ABOUT JIMMY BIZJAK
I am a diverse and outgoing leader with 5+ years of cradle to grave product development experience and a Northwestern Kellogg MBA. Looking forward, I aim to grow as a strategist versed in financial valuation and negotiation as a Global Process Manager in Financial Operations with Google.Within product development I have led projects from 10 weeks to 3+ years in length. From complex steel and aluminum frame designs, simple plastic covers and requirement-intensive LED headlights there are few motorcycle components that I haven\'t worked on. I did so while managing vehicle-level requirements across engineering functions, acting as the person) worksite Diversity & Inclusion Director and interning with H-D\'s Product Integrity team (legal) to grow my knowledge of the business.I have competed in regional physics competitions and on a state-finalist varsity football team. During my four years at Virginia Tech I completed two engineering degrees, became a founding member of an aerodynamics team (formula car) and led events with a social fraternity that boasted the highest GPA on campus.I am a strong believer that every individual has something to offer and it is our responsibility as leaders to bring that to the forefront.
