I also handle many jobs which includes bidding the job, project management and overseeing the job till completion. Key responsibilities include:• Oversee Sales Team, Project Managers, Estimators, Office Staff• Prepare accurate job estimates and negotiate them.• Meet sales goals: sell jobs and actively market for new leads.• Ensure my team is producing jobs on time and under budget.• Project management from start to completion.• Prepare work in process calculations.• Oversee job cost reporting.• Ensure customer satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS:• In depth knowledge of the commercial construction industry with the knowledge of restoration processes and procedures, with over 30 years of experience.• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and deadlines.• Ability to manage a large staff of employees.• Proven ability to drive business growth and expansion.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Excellent mathematical aptitude.
