   Restored relationships and trust with Lowe’s buyers, increasing revenue from 10x from prior year; became their largest tile supplier Strengthened relationship with Home Depot and brought in other mass retailers, including Menards, Floor & Décor, Costco, Home Depot Canada, Lumber Liquidators, and Wayfair. Expanded product portfolio to include lawn & garden and paint products generating Adjusted packaging to meet retailer needs resulting in more private label tile business than any other vendor. Introduced a competitive intelligence strategy which enabled company to quickly respond to changing market conditions, particularly against online competitors such as Wayfair. Awards include Lowe’s Vendor of the Year (2021); Employee of the Year at Anatolia (2020, 2021, 2023).
