The Product and Test Engineering development group is responsible for Design validation of leading-edge IP\'s, Silicon characterization and developing manufacturing solutions for Qualcomm 5G products in advanced FinFET semiconductor process nodes. A member of a team working with IC designers, Software, Systems engineering, and customer applications teams. Responsibilities:Define Post Silicon characterization plans, Spec definition, SoC Power and Performance KPI, perform statistical data analysis, and drive correlation & data reviews across multiple cross-functional teams and sign off on all silicon characterization activities, product manufacturing fuse data flow.Validation and debug of new product functionality, test HW/SW development, characterization, device performance over the process and operating conditions (PVTc), and releasing cost-effective production test solutions for mass manufacturing.KPI tracking and Benchmark for Power/Performance and Fmax/Vmin.SoC Power saving techniques using Post Silicon volume char data to make it better in terms or Power and Performance, Silicon power dissipation equation implementation and cross functional correlation with simulation/projections.Product binning methodologies.Skills:VLSI technologies - Digital Design, CPU architecture and organization, Semiconductor processingDigital communicationTest equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, time interval analyzer, logic analyzer, network analyzer, etc).Data Analysis O+, Exensio, JMP Etc.Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) test platformsAdvantest 93K SOC test systemDesign for test (DFT) techniques and structural tests such as Scan/ATPG, JTAG and memory BIST.ARM architectureC/C++, Perl, Java, Python
