Now in its’ 16th year, this strategic alliance delivers an impressive 80% graduate placement rate and serves over 125 Baltimore residents per year.The Executive Director serves as the strategic leader responsible for program, personnel, and financial sustainability deliverables to achieve Project JumpStart goals. Reporting to the Board of Directors, role is accountable for budgeting, fundraising, program development, partner and donor relations, staff management, daily operations, and doing whatever it takes to position the organization as a leader in pre-apprenticeship construction workforce development training.
