Facilities ManagerReponsible for client relationship, and direct interface with the onsite client representatives and key stakeholders. Develops strong client relationships and ensure services are delivered with quality. Leads Facilities Management team (including suppliers) and resources responsible for delivering facility operations, soft services and project management. Ensures proper operations, maintenance and technical support is provided to the client’s Research & Development labs and pilot areas. Ensures robust personnel management is provided including personnel development/training, performance management (IPMP), coaching and mentoring. Supports a culture of diversity and inclusion to develop a high performing team that delivers superior client service. Creates a Facility Management strategic vision for the site, develop a site work plan and execute the work plan to realize the vision. Manages site budget. Completes monthly forecasts that are within +/- 2% accuracy. Understand and comply with expense and capital funding guidelines. Responsible to ensure site meets/exceeds all performance measures for the account including Risk/Safety requirements.
