Padgett, Inc. is a crane rental, machinery moving, rigging, steel fabrication and steel erection company located in New Albany,(Indiana) founded in 1962 by Jim Padgett. We fabricate for leading manufacturers in our one hundred thousand square foot facility. Our fabricated parts and products are in service on every Continent (except Antarctic). Our highly skilled team of Ironworkers, Millwrights and Operators, up to 150 members at peak times, are on the job at places like Corning Glass, Dow Corning, Ford, General Electric, LG & E, Sazerac, Buffalo Trace, Diageo, Brown Foreman, Jim Beam, University of Louisville and UPS. We are well known for our crane service and providing skilled solutions for projects that require specialized equipment, capabilities and innovation.
