In the fast paced world of construction, Procon realized it was crucial to their organization that someone within the organization represent the subcontractors. Between estimating and project management my function is to bring contractors to the table and have them represented as awards are given. I also communicate with contractors that did not get the award to guide them through the process and bring to their attention as to why. I also work the subcontractors in the field to discover their needs and wants to help make the project run smoother and on time.
