Provided onsite support for MDF / IDF rooms in Google Austin campuses. Collaborated with ISPs, NOC engineers, network vendors, and field technicians to maintain Google\'s internal network. All work performed on Google campuses.Previously I was the lead technician at ITRenew, an IT Asset Disposition company headquartered in Newark, CA. Primary duties include: inventory and asset management, hard drive wipe, laptop imaging, inspecting servers and enterprise level network devices.I also have multiple years of experience working inside a semiconductor FAB (class 1 cleanroom) as a Japanese technical translator. I performed same-time translation between engineers and translated industry specific technical documents.
