   As a Fire Captain, I lead crews in response to a wide range of emergency incidents, including structure and wildland fires, EMS calls, vehicle accidents, hazardous materials situations, and technical rescues. I make critical, high-pressure decisions on-scene while ensuring the safety and effectiveness of our team operations and collaborating with partner agencies.In addition to field command, I oversee daily station operations, training coordination, and personnel development. I mentor junior staff, conduct drills, evaluate performance, and support team readiness through structured, scenario-based instruction.I have also led key departmental programs, including: • SCBA Program – ensuring proper maintenance, documentation, and readiness of life-saving respiratory protection equipment. • Fire Investigation Program – participating in post-incident analysis and supporting cause/origin determination efforts. • Technology and Software Integration – implementing department-wide platforms such as Crewsense, Emergency Reporting, First Due, ImageTrend, TargetSolutions, and Active911 to improve communication, data tracking, training, and response coordination.As an EMT Intermediate, I deliver advanced pre-hospital care and patient support in high-stakes environments.
