ABOUT JIMMY GREEN

Due to a serious injury in HS, I was told that participating in athletics competitively would be impossible. On the contrary, I was not only able to compete at the optimum level throughout high school, my athletic achievements landed me an athletic scholarship to a major university. This example attests to what most who know me personally and professionally would describe as, persistent. Even though the odds may not always be in your favor, look at the hurdles in life as temporary, and continue to overcome each obstacle—one at a time.On a professional level, I have over six years’ of experience in performance management and evaluation with extensive experience working with nonprofit and public organizations creating theories of change, program models, evaluation frameworks, KPI dashboards, and quasi-experiments designed to help organizations make better decisions about what’s working and what can be improved, leading to positive outcomes. Through my experience, I have learned that developing a results driven culture is difficult and requires a paradigm shift and a willingness to challenge the status quo. I’m a husband and a father who loves to spend time with his family, read, watch the LA Chargers, and cook.
