ABOUT JIMMY FRAZIER
My accomplishments for my construction management major from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo are; working for Devcon Construction Inc.(one of the largest GCs in the Bay Area), taking on a larger role in the coordination of scheduling between different trades on the job site, using more BIM software to help coordinate between trades and prevent clashes on the job site, document and cost control for multiple large projects, and promotion to Sr. Project Engineer.My Real Property Development Minor gave me extensive experience on the development side of construction. I was able to join a great company in Endeavor Real Estate Group, where I am currently working as the lead of Quality Control for the Multifamily Construction Team. Responsibilities for this include; monitoring all waterproofing and ADA testing and specifications during construction to ensure each projects meet all requirements, leading all quality control on punchlist and all closeout as the owner\'s representative to ensure all projects are top quality and held to the highest standards, and coordinating between property management and construction to coordinate warranty coverage, training, repairs, and anything else as required.
