I work closely with Ambulatory Surgery Centers across New England and New York, helping them improve how their centers operate day to day. Most of the conversations I’m in revolve around the same challenges.Disconnected systems that slow staff downRevenue cycle performance that doesn’t reflect the work being done. Manual processes that create unnecessary friction across the centerThe ASCs that perform at a high level are not necessarily working harder. They’ve aligned their clinical workflow, documentation, and revenue cycle so information flows cleanly from the OR to the business office.That is where real performance gains happen. At Surgical Information Systems, I partner with centers to simplify that complexity through a connected platform and services that support both operational efficiency and financial performance.Outside of the technology, I spend a lot of time inside ASCs, working alongside administrators, physicians, and staff.
