About Jim Mooney
Mr. Mooney has been in the mechanical construction industry since 1982. His responsibilities through the years have taken him from the sale of commercial air-conditioning and heating equipment to the design, installation, optimization and service of commercial and industrial mechanical systems. Jim holds Professional Engineering licenses in Pennsylvania, Texas and Maryland, is a licensed Air and Hydronic Balancer, and a LEED Accredited Professional. He also serves as an expert witness for construction litigation. In 2002, Mr. Mooney, along with three partners, created Enginuity, a design build mechanical service and construction firm dedicated to relentlessly improving the comfort and productivity of their industrial, commercial and healthcare clients. Enginuity has offices in Mechanicsburg PA, Williamsport, PA and Baltimore, MD. Since its founding, Enginuity, has established a repeat customer base which includes numerous Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies. September 1st 2021, Enginuity joined Ainsworth to expand its footprint and services. January 1st, 2023 Ainsworth agglomerated all US companies under Ainsworth USA. Design/Build Mechanical systems, Guaranteed Energy Services (#GESA,#ESCO), 24/7 service, industrial and high purity piping services for life sciences.
