Now a marriage and family therapist but still a marketing and product development executive with over 30 years experience conceiving and launching innovative media programs. As a manager and contributor he has “toured” all forms of media including: Film and video production: 100+ hours of consumer video released, 2 feature length theatrical films (Irreplaceable, The Drop Box), multiple short films. Book publishing: Dozens of titles developed and released since 1998 Magazines: Developed, launched and managed Focus on Your Child, a multi medium membership program. Oversaw publication of Thriving Family Magazine and the popular kids magazines Clubhouse and Clubhouse Jr. Web properties: Along with supporting web properties for product described here, Jim has also overseen development of multiple web sites for schools, camps, senior communities, and relief and development organizations. Audio Drama: managed the creative team for the popular kids series “Adventures in Odyssey” and Focus on the Family’s Radio Theatre. Conceived, developed, launched and managed two membership programs: Focus on Your Child, a faith based program with media elements centered on the developmental age and stage of children and their families, members nationwide. Odyssey Adventure Club an online program offering archival and original programming from the world of Adventures in Odyssey. Membership exceeds families generating nearly $2 million annually and contributing to multiple humanitarian organizations. Jim believes that the best way to gain the attention of busy people is to tell emotionally compelling stories that move the soul. Accomplished fundraiser putting story to practical use: What\'s the need, who is solving it well, how can you help them do so? Clients include: World Concern, Christian Veterinary Missions, Partners International and Medical Teams International, Seattle’s Union Gospel Mission and Bridge Disability Ministries.
