Provide senior EHS leadership, governance and regulatory assurance across UK infrastructure and offshore energy projects. Advise project leadership teams to ensure operational activities, procedures and project documentation align with corporate standards, ISO management systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001) and statutory requirements including the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015.Lead the development and assurance of key project safety documentation, including Construction Phase Plans and risk management frameworks, ensuring robust project governance and safe systems of work are established prior to execution.Conduct and lead HSE audits and assurance activities across multiple project locations and offshore vessels, verifying compliance with company procedures, ISO standards and regulatory requirements. Lead and support incident and accident investigations, identifying root causes and ensuring corrective actions and lessons learned are implemented across project teams.Work closely with project managers, vessel leadership and technical teams to strengthen regulatory compliance, embed a proactive safety culture and support the safe delivery of complex offshore infrastructure projects.
