Worked on consolidations reducing our footprint and cost in Data Centers. Upgrading equipment for better efficiency, compliance, and audit requirements. Work involves all aspects of our business, VEC, Public Sector, Healthcare. In most cases I am client facing facilitating upgrades for clients and to assist CSM’s, DR events, circuit installations. Spearheading the day-to-day relationship with Rackspace for two of our Data Centers. These sites include a portion of our healthcare business and perform all the builds in the space and hand off to the onboarding teams. For Healthcare I also facility Disaster Recovery Events and assist with Capacity Management. Finally, I oversee all the Internal Network Projects to assist management and our engineers resulting in improved project delivery and communication. Currently looking to renew my Cisco Certified Network Associate Certification and obtain Microsoft Azure Administration Certificate.
