Worked in digital since the beginning of the Web, but probably more interested in how to meet brand needs and user needs simultaneously, regardless of medium. I\'ve done a lot of work helping brands create social strategies that can help them find points of contact with individuals that can further marketing challenges. The future is unique one to one brand experiences that are tailored to the user every bit as much as I tailor my conversation to the person I\'m talking to. I want to find new ways to get there. Specialties: I think of innovation work as watching out for Icebergs and Rescue ships. What comes next is not just important, it\'s the life or death of any company.
