I\'m passionate about fostering a culture of DEIB and ensuring that our workplace is inclusive and equitable for all.Talent Management: I\'m always on the lookout for top talent – individuals who are not only skilled but also embody our company\'s values. I\'m involved in the full talent lifecycle, from attracting and recruiting to onboarding, developing, and retaining our amazing employees. I believe in investing in our people and providing them with the tools and resources they need to grow and succeed.Performance Consulting: I help to create and implement performance management systems that drive high performance and engagement. I work with managers and employees to set clear goals, provide constructive feedback, and identify development opportunities. I\'m also involved in compensation and rewards programs, ensuring that our employees are fairly compensated for their contributions.Employee Relations: I\'m a trusted resource for employees and managers on all matters related to employee relations. I provide guidance on conflict resolution, performance management, and workplace policies. I\'m also involved in managing leave of absence requests, accommodations, and off-boarding processes. I believe in fostering a positive and productive work environment where everyone feels supported and respected.
