Founded meta5 after being approached by IBM to acquire the rights to their proprietary Intelligent Decision Server (IDS) product (formerly known as Metaphor Computer Systems). Funded, created and managed a team to port the 1 million lines of code from the OS/2 platform to the Windows Platform thereby creating a new product offering. • Manage all facets of the business, including P&L, operations, staffing, business development, contracting, employee agreements, IT infrastructure, employee benefits, website development, marketing, and more. • Established offices in New York, California, and London; selected sites and negotiated leases; interviewed and hired operations manager and development engineers, as well as technical support and administrative staff. • Sell and implement technology at Fortune 500 clients, helping them to solve business problems by leveraging their data in innovative ways.
