Brought into inSeption Group to prepare the organization for substantial growth, both domestically and internationally. Interfaced and created information pathways between the organization’s various departments to pass necessary information more efficiently between them. Established “owners” of various components of information and worked to hold those stakeholders accountable for accuracy. This had the effect of greatly reducing errors in key employee experience sectors, such as payroll, benefits, and communication. Introduced, authored, and implemented a Discretionary Time Off Policy for all exempt level employees. In the absence of an Information Technology department, worked with other stakeholders to help manage that function.
