Thinking he was done with studies, he soon realized it wasn\'t enough and pursued a degree in electronics. Fortunately, he sailed through his diploma & degree without any ATKTs (nothing short of a miracle!) and secured a position with Infosys through campus placement - Miracle no. Trained in Mainframes, he spent his days debugging code from the \'80s written by Narayana Murthy & friends. Amidst this, he found himself captivated by the influential role played by HR at Infy.\"Such a powerful & engaging role,\" he thought to himself. Joining roommates preparing for the CAT, he took a shot at it too. Miracle no. 3 - he gained admission to a reputable MBA school and interned with eClerx for summers. Apparently, those folks found him decent and extended him a PPO.At eClerx, India\'s first listed KPO, he spearheaded PMS, HR Ops, Analytics, Systems, and even tried his hand at the HRBP role. He designed & implemented various HR modules using an in-house.Net based tool. Additionally, Jimish managed an acquisition and played a pivotal role in integrating HR processes across both entities.His journey continued with Jio, the world\'s largest start-up, where he assumed the role of Continuous Improvement Lead. Analyzing HR processes & tickets, he orchestrated process enhancements through policy, process, and system changes, designing & deploying multiple HR modules in SAP Fiori.Following this, Jimish moved to Marsh, the world\'s largest Risk Management firm. He led HR ops, systems, analytics, compliance, & admin for all 20+ India offices for over half a decade. Subsequently, he advanced to the broader responsibility of leading HR Ops & HR Tech for all Marsh McLennan businesses & GCC in India.In short, he is the typical Indian engineer who ended up pursuing an MBA. Fortunately, logic is his strong suit, to a fault, and he has skillfully applied his engineering principles within HR to maximize the benefits of his educational qualification.Now, this is everything I know about Jimish\'s career thus far.
