   As the Product Manager for NASA’s Platform Agile Release Train, I lead vision, strategy, and feature delivery for NGAP—the NASA-Compliant General Application Platform that powers the Earthdata Cloud. NGAP is a secure, multi-account AWS-based platform designed to provide infrastructure, automation, compliance, and cost control for NASA\'s Earth science applications.I work across security, architecture, finance, and DevOps to define and prioritize epics and features that align with NASA’s mission and evolving cloud strategy. I manage the program backlog, guide infrastructure automation through Terraform, and ensure all capabilities meet FISMA, NIST 800-53, and FedRAMP compliance.Key contributions:Delivered Kion-based federated access with PIV-secured roles and automated provisioning through NAMS.Enabled cost enforcement via circuit breakers, budget thresholds, and egress throttling.Oversaw rollout of NGAP-managed hardened AMIs, patching, and CI/CD support.Integrated logging, monitoring, and packet capture across NGAP-managed accounts using CloudTrail, Suricata, and GuardDuty.Supported secure public endpoint provisioning, TLS certificate automation, and vulnerability scanning enforcement.As PM, I ensure NGAP delivers reliable, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructure to application teams across the agency.
