At IBM :January 2025. Took on the role of Portfolio Manager for IBM on the BBC TV Licence account after successfully delivering their IT upgrade as part of their Cloud Transformation journey. My role is now focused on signing new projects and ensuring delivery of signed projects in my portfolio and also driving up standards of excellence in delivery on the account.March 2023 - December 2024.Programme Manager on a complex IT programme for BBC TV Licencing to upgrade their IT systems in order to then migrate them to IBM Cloud.March 2020 - Project manager on the Accelerate O2 Transformation Programme. Responsible for delivery of the Companion UK part of the migration of 10 million O2 customers onto a new BSS stack.Feb 2018 - Project manager responsible for migrating 10 million Three UK customers from their old infrastructure and network to their new one.Jan 2017 - Programme Director position to oversee and improve IBM\'s performance as the Infrastructure partner for Three UK. This included all Requests for Service including solutions, design and delivery.May 2015 - Joined the Programme Assurance team (as part of a wider PO Transformation Programme for Hutchison 3G)20••••15 - Was instrumental in the set up of the Programme Management & Commercial Authority on a £250M SAP Implementation Programme for British American Tobacco (in 150 Countries). I then took on the roles of Head of the PMO and Head of Strategic Deployment Planning on the Programme.2011/2012 - Successfully Transitioned the new e-Borders Service into Live while managing the Legacy Service. I then managed several large client funded Changes to the Live Service.
