CCPL has been rated a Library Journal Five Star Library 10 years in a row and is also the top library in the nation in its class. Lead IT division of 17 staff that supports all software, data systems, phones systems, AV and technology infrastructure for all 28 CCPL branches and the CCPL administration building. We support over 1100 workstations and 66 servers in addition to hosted applications such as MS Office 365. Ensured all technology was successfully planned and implemented for the now completed 110 million dollar capital campaign, which consisted of building new buildings and or renovating nearly every branch in the CCPL system. Worked to update all buildings to provide full gigabit Internet service and network connectivity. Managed conversion to VOIP system-wide.
