I help struggling professional couples over 40 who love each other yet whose romantic relationship is now in crisis go from feeling disconnection, heartache and despair about chronic tension and conflict in their relationship to regaining a loving and intimate emotional and physical connection. We both have advanced training in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) Healing and Transformation model through the Central Connecticut State University graduate program in Family and Marital Therapy program. We use this as the foundational methodology in our private practice as a couple coaching couples and singles. We also use Intimacy From The Inside Out (IFIO) developed by Toni Herbine Blank, a couples framework that builds on IFS. We bring in other therapeutic models as needed, draw on our years of experience coaching couples as well as lessons from our own journeys in previous relationships and now as a married couple. Prior to being called to this new encore career, I had a 37-year career as a high-tech marketing executive, visionary and entrepreneur. I had the great privilege of:• leading teams at industry-leading technology companies (Optum, Autodesk, Pega) to achieve extraordinary results• helping build startups into profitable market leaders: Arcadia.io (pre-IPO), Viewlogic (acqu.
