My experience is as a financial services executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience across operations, learning and development, and technology within CPA and advisory firms. My career has spanned roles as Chief Learning Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Information Officer, giving me a unique, cross-functional perspective on how to align people, processes, and technology with enterprise strategy. Throughout my career, I have focused on building high-performing teams, coaching leaders, and creating scalable programs in succession planning, practice management, and professional development. At HBK CPAs & Consultants, I launched leadership, business, and personal development initiatives that strengthened succession pipelines and enhanced organizational performance across CPAs, wealth advisors, valuation professionals, and IT experts. I streamlined operations, drove profitability, and fostered a culture of accountability and collaboration. Earlier, as CIO, I modernized technology infrastructure, advanced digital transformation, and strengthened cybersecurity for a large multi-office firm. Beyond my professional career, I am deeply committed to faith-driven financial coaching and community service. I volunteer as a Ramsey Solutions Master Financial Coach, Habitat for Humanity Money Mentor, and board mentor with East Ohio Emmanuel Emmaus. I also contribute to the profession as a speaker, author, and past Chair of the CPA Firm Management Association.
