I specialize in all aspects of industrial real estate, advising C-level executives, supply chain leaders, developers, and business owners on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, site selection, sale/leasebacks, and investment strategy.Over the past decade, I’ve built my practice around helping clients make disciplined, informed industrial real estate decisions — locally, nationally, and internationally. At Newmark, I leverage a comprehensive platform of market intelligence, capital markets insight, and operational expertise to deliver thoughtful, strategic guidance across industrial markets.My background in Urban Planning and Regional Planning continues to shape how I approach industrial real estate. Before brokerage, I worked in long-range planning, public engagement, GIS, and demographic analysis — experiences that trained me to think beyond transactions and focus on long-term market positioning and economic development.As the industrial sector evolves, I’m increasingly focused on how sustainability, energy performance, operational efficiency, and ESG considerations influence site strategy and asset value. I am actively integrating sustainability principles into my advisory work and expanding my expertise in LEED-aligned operations and sustainable industrial strategy. I am currently pursuing LEED Green Associate and LEED AP O+M accreditation.Industrial real estate decisions today carry long-term implications. My goal is to help clients position their assets and operations not only for immediate success, but for long-term resilience and performance.Outside of brokerage, I remain deeply involved in the industry and community. I am a 2013 Project REAP graduate and current Board Member, serve on various leadership boards within the industrial real estate community, and have been actively engaged in charitable initiatives supporting educational development in Argentina.I am fluent in English and Spanish.
