About Jim Eggleston
Starting with over 18 years of experience in electronics contract manufacturing, have built a base of expertise in Functional Test, In-Circuit Test, and Automated X-Ray Inspection. While working with various teams along the way to drive improvements and increase efficiencies, have acquired a good working knowledge of the whole manufacturing process. Expertise in the test and inspection processes have provided opportunities to be in the role of trainer and mentor to other support personnel in locations around the world.Switching to developing new products for an OEM company, have added the experience of working with end customers to understand their needs while also learning the complete product development process. Continue to grow my knowledge by constantly working with teams of engineers of varying disciplines (electrical, mechanical, software) while developing next generation products for our customers while staying current with latest technologies and trends.
