ABOUT JIMEET PATEL

As a process engineer with 5+ years of experience in EPC projects and field activities, I possess a wide range of skills and expertise in process design, process optimization, project management, collaboration, and field activities. I have a strong foundation in Chemical Engineering and Environmental engineering and skilled in utilizing various process engineering specific software such as Aspen Hysys, MATLAB, HTRI, and MS Office Suite. I am also skilled in field and plant operational activities. Having worked in the largest refining complex in the world for 3 years, I have honed and acquired sound technical and practical engineering skills with a sense of determination and ability to consistently deliver quality, accurate and timely work to clients and immediate seniors. I also possess a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. To top it up I am a Proud Permanent Resident of Canada. Key Industrial Achievements: • Successful shutdown and startup of 5250 TPD air separation unit after modifications in distillation column. • Successful shutdown and startup of flare unit. • Successful commissioning of Liquid oxygen filling station for tanker filling from Liquid Oxygen tank while strictly adhering to safety procedures. • Successful commissioning of Gaseous Oxygen cylinder filling station from Liquid Oxygen tank while strictly adhering to safety procedures. • Played a vital role in ensuring uninterrupted supply of oxygen to hospitals across India from the plant I worked for. This was during peak COVID times. • Handled multiple plant trips along with my team, during shift hours or shift rotations and managed to successfully bring product specifications back to steady state within a short period of time
