About Jim Eckes

With over 30 years of experience, Jim is one of the most highly regarded editors around. Over the past 2 decades, he served as the primary editor and a guiding creative force for Big Table Media, with a catalogue that includes the \"Crashers\" series - one of the most successful franchises on the DIY/HGTV networks. As Creative Director, Jim crafted the look and feel of the company\'s sizzle reels, various series, pilots, one-offs and specials, most recently working on the popular shows as \"Rock the Block\" and \"Windy City\" as well as \"Renovation Road,\" for the just launched Magnolia Network. In his ongoing role as partner in DosEckes Productions, Jim serves as editor, graphics guru and post-production wizard for broadcast, corporate, non-profit and governmental clients including: PBS, Circle Network, The LYCRA Company, STAINMASTER, HOUZZ-TV, The Discovery Network, OMCA & the National Naval Aviation Museum, and the State of California. Commercial clients include Sutter Health, Consolidated Communications, HP, the Roseville Automall, the John L. Sullivan Auto Group and many more.
