I bring rich and diverse experience to the table: expertise in sensors and wearable technology, a track record of commercializing new technologies, deep knowledge of physiology and disease states, and forte in navigating the complicated healthcare ecosystem. At Analog Devices, I led internal start-ups and transformed struggling businesses. I am not a steady state manager! I thrive in the often-ambiguous interplay between tech and business, translating and synthesizing opportunities. My open, collaborative, hands-on approach has led to respect and trusted relationships with CEOs and PhDs alike. I keep an ownership mindset, but enjoy working cross-functionally and influencing through relationship-building versus authority. As a curious and agile learner, I continuously master multiple technologies, markets, and ecosystems to stay relevant and credible.I excel at building cultures that are entrepreneurial, agile, and disciplined.which is rarely seen in hardware products. Particularly satisfying to me is seeing a group gel into a thriving, self-driven team on a growth path.I am particularly passionate about the promise of closed loop chronic disease management and point of care diagnostics.
