ChapterTwo® was created in 2010 to fill a void for senior executives who had a \"voice in their head\" saying: My role is not as inspiring or fun now. Maybe I need energizing with something new. A lot is going on in my industry, and I have some anxiety about my staying power The stress in my role is not healthy — for myself or my family I have been quite successful — now I want what I do to be more significant and relevantBut they had no place to go for help. Company-paid coaches were not confidential, transition services were too late and do not deal with these issues, and most “career coaches” do not have a peer perspective and network. They asked for something new and unique — that would allow them to plan ahead and take charge of their career. We responded with ChapterTwo®, and it has become widely respected and deeply appreciated by those who discover and engage us.
