As a seasoned construction professional, I have a passion for Construction through collaboration. I am always excited about developing new relationships, and meeting great people. My focus is on developing and maintaining positive and trusting relationships with clients and project owners to ensure that their project needs are met. Since joining Graham in 2010, I have worked on a wide variety of construction projects including commercial office buildings, residential towers, retail facilities, industrial facilities of all types, and a variety of other projects. As a Graham team member, it is of the upmost importance that my projects adhere to the highest standard of safety, sustainability and quality, while meeting the client\'s needs. I work collaboratively with team members, owners, and construction management personnel to ensure positive and effective interactions as we pursue an exceptional end result. I have the ability to bring balance and understanding between design aesthetics and construction applications. With a solid understanding of many different construction and design applications, I can help the team understand what options are available, while keeping an eye on the realities of the construction risks.The most rewarding aspect of working in the construction industry is the wide diversity of people I meet, and then building and developing projects that make them successful. This is a continual process of learning new aspects of what makes each project a success for each individual user or owner. It is with great pride that I look around the city at the hundreds of construction projects I have been involved with, each with its own story.
