ABOUT JIM CHAPMAN-LEACH
I am an Enterprise Technologist. I have been in IT since 2006 - working in vendor, customer and reseller environments. I currently work as an Account Chief Technologist at Softcat, advocating for the customer and solving their business and IT challenges by focusing on three areas; people, process and then technology. Technology isn’t always the fix to challenges in IT or in the business; often the challenges stem from IT’s relationship with the business (its customers) and the processes it uses to support the business and end users. It’s my job to advocate for the customer - whether it’s Softcat’s customer, or another IT department’s customer.
