About Jim Castrolang

My background is diverse. Whether nonprofit, government, start-up, retail or progressive Christian Church; organizations have benefited from my innovative approach and application of new technologies. The key to my success has come in applying core concepts and principles within particular circumstances, environments, and people to develop innovative solutions owned by a team. I am ordained in the United Church of Christ and have a particular interest in helping the progressive Christian church to innovate using emerging technologies and social media. It is my great honor to use my diverse background with Thrive International. We have established Thruve Centers in Spokane and Tacoma WA as a housing provider for Refugees. We surround these Refugees with resource coordination - connecting to critical resources so these people can thrive in their new home. We also coordinate Women and Youth Empowerment programs to support Refugees on the journey from surviving to thriving.
