I used this training within the solar electric field, where I worked with local builders and various trades to incorporate solar technology into new construction properties. I became well-versed in residential construction methods and building materials, working my way up from installer, to project manager, to VP of Construction for a major solar energy company.In 2016, I was inspired to use my diverse knowledge to become a certified home inspector. I have completed over 2,500 paid inspections and have had the honor of sharing this knowledge through training and mentorship of new inspectors. I am also interNACHI certified, which validates my knowledge and expertise in the home inspection industry. I am known among my clients, colleagues, family and friends as the go-to guy for property knowledge, along with friendliness and integrity
