ABOUT JIM BILODEAU

Business Technology Consultant I am a business consultant with decades of practice in business management and information technology consulting. I specialize in the deployment of IT systems in rural communities and small business enterprises. I can manage all aspects of project workflow from initial research to final implementation and training. Business/IT Instructor I am a business IT instructor with over a decade of practice in training clients in business management and information technology. I specialize in particularly difficult courses that involve enterprise business IT systems and project management. I can program in 22 different programming languages and teach hundreds of different courses ranging from PHP and ASP enterprise coding to business analytics and workflow management. I worked as an educator at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and the University of Alberta in Edmonton, training in Business, Digital Media, and Information Technologies. As well as being a post-secondary instructor I continue to consult with many rural communities doing both researches on community outreach programs and IT infrastructure management. Coworkers recognize my talents as a highly creative thinker, independent, and motivated, but still a solid member of the team. I have been recognized as being an original thinker often finding and deploying innovative ideas and efficiencies unique to the market. I am a hard worker but easy-going often with a joke or comment to help lighten the mood when the work situation get too difficult motivating my team to new accomplishments. I have an MBA from Royal Roads University and a two year IT diploma from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. I’m currently an instructor, researcher, and consultant working towards more long term opportunities.
