I build security risk programs that change how decisions get made.For more than 10 years I have worked across cloud, supplier risk, compliance, and security teams. My career has been shaped by taking on work others avoid and turning ideas into models that scale. I built programs that are now applied across employees and 27 global offices, including cyber risk quantification, GenAI/LLM risk, and supplier risk. These programs give leaders clarity on exposure, influence spending choices, and support accountability.A core part of my work involves FAIR & Hubbard Decision Research modeling to show quantified impact. One example was a modeled 31% reduction in estimated risk from 2023–2025 tied to cyber improvement efforts. This helped senior leadership understand return on control spending instead of relying on instinct.I focus on building capability, simplifying decision-making, and improving ownership for risk.
