About Jim Beckham
After more than thirty four years in the development and vacation ownership business with various industry entities and as a consultant to numerous other development entities, I have decided to take a new professional approach. I do not want to leave the Las Vegas area because of family ties and I want to continue to work, so I have gotten a real estate license for the sixth time and joined what I believe is the best national real estate company in the area. I am now (or shortly will be) a real estate agent with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services. I believe that I can help many of my past associates living in the Las Vegas area with their real estate needs whether it is buying a new home, selling the one they have or for some it may be finding a great investment property in an area known for its real estate values. With many associates from my Air Force days, I may be able to help them with their second generation military family members who may be assigned to Nellis and need that perfect home for their short stay. Below those LinkedIn associates who need me to help with their vacation ownership issues or hotel actions can see the significant history in both those areas. I am still available for consulting assignments, but only for short durations.
