Currently I\'m fully retired from the corporate world; focused on mentoring other men, performing with several local rock bands, teaching guitar, and operating a small recording studio where we help local musicians capture their best sound.In early 2021 I was named Managing Director for BNI Colorado, part of BNI Global - a business consulting / marketing organization that helps business owners grow their companies through networking. I retired fully from BNI in July, 2022.For the 5 years prior to this role, I participated as an active member and leader in a BNI chapter, Action Partners, and served as a BNI chapter Support Director & Area Director for 16 other BNI chapters across the Denver metro.BNI is an international organization with 300k+ members in over chapters in 70+ countries. These members build relationships within their local chapters as well as across state, regional, and national boundaries, resulting in millions of referrals that are passed between members annually. As a serial entrepreneur, for 15 years I launched, owned and oversaw several entrepreneurial businesses that focused on business consulting, consumer solutions and technology services. One of those was A Master\'s Hands, LLC which provides design, remodeling, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial clients in the Denver metro area. We sold this company in 2023, and it continues to operate today under the new owners\' management.I\'m currently founder of Accolade Media Group, and co-founder of Automation Brains, LLC which provides clients in Colorado with AI-based home & office automation solutions - from design and integration through system installation and programming. Prior to becoming a serial entrepreneur, I worked in the high-tech field for over 25 years. During that time, I served in executive positions building and leading world-class teams and delivering strong business results at companies such as IBM, StorageTek, Philips N.V, NEC Corp, and Zenith Corp. In addition, I served in senior leadership roles at several smaller companies, including Sopheon Corporation, and IC & C. Significant experience in various high-tech industries such as computer hardware, software, IT services, Internet technologies, IT storage systems, market research tools, & renewable energy solutions.    Level-3 Certified Instructor, American Taekwondo Association. Taekwondo Instructor (4th-Degree Black Belt, National Judge, and 16x World Champion) working with youth and adults in the areas of life skills, self defense, bully prevention and fitness. The ATA program is highly acclaimed for the emphasis on developing students in all areas of life (respect, honor, self-control, courtesy, integrity, manners, perseverance, goal setting, discipline, etc), not just on self defense.and these help in developing the leaders of tomorrow.
