I hugely enjoy working in my current role which sits in the Staff Development team within HR at the University of Northampton.A large part of my role focuses on developing and leading on the delivery of blended learning to support staff training, especially activities in supporting and enabling staff to be digitally literate.I develop e-Learning and online resources to support several training and development streams, including personal development, management training, digital capabilities, induction, and more. I support and manage various e-Learning hosting systems, including enrolments and reporting.I sit on several cross-institutional steering groups to help guide and develop future strategy as well as strategically guide resource allocation.
