About Jim Alcott
Jim is a veteran practitioner of data-driven marketing and business decision-making. He started his career at Response Marketing Group, spent five years, client-side in the banking industry, and co-founded Alcott Routon, one of the most successful database marketing firms serving the financial services vertical. Based on its reputation and expertise, the agency was acquired by a strategic buyer after a ten-year run. In his subsequent work with Alcott Marketing Science and Altair Customer Intelligence, Jim and his colleagues provided data-driven insight to improve business performance for clients (and their agencies) in health care, financial services, education, luxury goods, and other industries. In 2020, Jim co-founded Braintree Health Marketing to help health care clients leverage data insight to grow and thrive. Jim earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Richmond. Jim is an avid reader and collector of books. He is a political junkie and fan of all New England sports teams. Jim and his family live on a farm in beautiful Middle Tennessee.
