About Jim Zwica
Ever since the mid-‘90s, I’ve worked in product lifecycle management (PLM). My career started at Engineering Animation Inc, which was acquired by Siemens. There, I led the team that integrated the world’s first large-model virtual design review tool that enabled unprecedented access and transparency to up-to-date product data. Serving as a Siemens program manager for Ford, I analyzed Ford’s virtual product design workflows and communicated improvement opportunities back to Siemens for development and implementation. Throughout my career, I’ve helped Ford, Caterpillar, and other OEMs understand how to best leverage their PLM process. Whether I supported clients in the US, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, my goal remained consistent: helping manufacturers make the most of their processes, workflows, and products.
