Diverse background includes experience and management of strategic business and technical planning; R&D collaborative arrangements, technology transfer and licensing agreements; OEM sales and marketing agreements and contracts; business development; product management including P/L responsibility; domestic and international marketing, distribution and sales force management; and media relations. Educational background (BS) in Biochemistry, Medical Technology and Business Administration (MBA). Career at Worthington began when it was a subsidiary of Millipore in immunodiagnostics and clinical chemistry reagent R/D and has evolved as the company transitioned from multiple corporate transitions into an executive management position today. Includes diverse management experience in quality assurance and control, ISO/GMP standards and certifications, sales, customer relationship and marketing management including P/L responsibility and general corporate and operations management.Worthington was founded in 1947 by Charles Worthington to provide enzymes for biomedical researchers and the Worthington brand is still considered one of the world’s premier quality enzyme and biochemical primary producers for life science research, biopharm, biotech and bioprocessing applications including primary and stem cell isolation and vaccine production.
