I am an associate in the Intellectual Property group at Chamberlain Hrdlicka, where I represent innovation‑driven companies and individuals in procuring, managing, and enforcing their intellectual property rights. My practice spans patent prosecution and litigation, trademark litigation, data privacy governance and cybersecurity response, as well as a broad array of transactions such as technology licensing. I also enjoy collaborating with our corporate and tax sections on M&A, tax, and corporate structuring projects.With a background in electrical engineering and meaningful courtroom and business experience, I bring both technical fluency and practical judgment to client matters. I assist clients across the full innovation lifecycle, from portfolio development to end‑of‑cycle enforcement actions.
