About Jim Withiam

After completing his Ph.D, Jim joined D’Appolonia in 1978 where became an owner and principal of the firm in 1988. Prior to his retirement in September 2014, he had 36+ years of engineering experience and was responsible for the management of geotechnical projects involving design, construction, research, technical evaluations and forensic investigations.
