ABOUT JIM WILLIAMS
I have a wide variety of experience in both Commercial and Private Banking with over 30 years of total banking experience between Regions, First Commercial (Synovus) and now Oakworth Capital. I joined Oakworth in October of 2007 as a founding member of our management team prior to the bank opening in March of 2008. I have been very proud and honored to be a part of such a great organization. I currently work with small to medium sized privately held businesses and their owners; executives of larger privately held/publicly traded organizations as well as physicians, medical practices and other professionals. I graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and earned a Masters Degree in Business Administration also from the University of Alabama. I am a lifelong member of the Cathedral Church of the Advent where I\'ve enjoyed serving in various roles. I also enjoy being involved with the Boy Scouts of America, particularly Troop 63, and I\'ve served in various other capacities for charitable organizations in the Birmingham area.
