Jim also received the “Appalachian State University College of Business Researcher of the Year” award in 2009, and the “University of Nevada, Reno College of Business Researcher of the Year” award in 2004. Jim also serves on the editorial boards of the Journal of Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management Review.Specialties: Organizational pychology, human resource management, and related fields of generational differences in the workplace, employee selection, compensation, motivation, and business ethics.
